DIRECTIONS:place the bottle of oil in hot water in a cup and allow it to warm up a little. 

(Apply to your SCALP all the way to the ends of the hair( make sure to put a genrious amount to cover every single hair strain) apply a plastic cap and sit underneath the dryer for 40 minutes, afterwards you may Leave on for an additional 1-2 hours for added benefits, then wash out the hair and deep condition.
